Patients will be categorized as negative or positive for endothelial independent microvascular dysfunction based on the thermodilution measurements. Microvascular dysfunction is defined as an abnormal CFR and/or IMR. The primary study parameter will be the diagnostic accuracy of image derived IMR and CFR for endothelial independent microvascular dysfunction based on thermodilution measurements.	—
