MeasureTime frame
Number and characteristics of effector and regulatory T-, and B- cells and dendritic cells (DC), T and B cell interaction and cytokine production and effectiveness of CFZ533 to block CD40 expression will be studied. If a renal biopsy is performed in the main study (MEC-2018-138), the cellular infiltrate will also be characterized with additional markers focused on the CD40-CD40L(CD154) axis.
