Inclusion criteria: Underwent first or repeat liver transplantation able to fast age

Primary

MeasureTime frame
-The anastomotic flow velocity in the portal vein anastomosis in children with a liver transplant, pre- and post-prandially. -The pre-anastomotic to anastomic flow velocity ratio in children with a liver transplant, pre- and post-prandially.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe pre- to postprandial change of flow velocity in the splenic vein and superior mesenteric vien, and change in resistive index (RI) in the hepatic artery and pulsatility index (PI) in the hepatic veins.
