Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing free radial forearm flap reconstruction Age > 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lymphedema axillary lymphnode metastasis axillary lymphnode dissection earlier operations or scars in that extremity at the level of the wrist or forearm.
