12 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 16 up to and including 22 years Having problems with falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early Sleep efficiency is less than 85% on a self-reported sleep calendar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sleeping problems due to a Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder (DSPS)
