18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria: - Participant of the 300OB study - Mutation in TET2, DNMT3A, or no driver mutation - Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current use of immunomodulatory drugs.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
60 ml of blood will be drawn by venepuncture to measure cytokine production capacity and the susceptibility to develop trained immunity.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In addition, within the subjects with the driver mutations, single cell RNA sequencing will be performed to explore the hypothesis that monocytes with a mutation are more amenable to trained immunity.
