Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Informed consent - Age >60 years - Diagnosed cerebral small vessel disease (all of the participants in de RUNDMC study have confirmed cSVD on MRI imaging)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Upper extremity injury or edema contra-indicating remote ischemic conditioning or exercise conditioning - Mastectomy on both sides
