Inclusion criteria: - Adult patients - Elective aortic arch surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of (ischemic) neurological disease, known to influence cerebral blood flow and oxygenation - Rescue/Emergency procedure - Failure to obtain informed consent
