18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients: pregnant before 20 weeks gestation, tetralogy of Fallot controls: pregnant before 20 weeks gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: - Multiple gestation - Essential hypertension with or without proteinuria - History of organ transplantation - Concomitant disease - HELLP syndrome - Thrombocytopenia - Non hypertensive proteinuria and IUGR without associated maternal symptoms, Controls: - Chronic medication use - Under specialist control for chronic disease - Multiple gestation - Abnormal echocardiogram

MeasureTime frame
I) Changes in maternal right ventricular function and cardiac output during pregnancy in women with ToF. II) Doppler investigation of the hepatic and renal veins and uterine arteries of pregnant women with ToF versus an equal number of healthy controls.
