Interventions

Per time point a maximum of 50 ml of peripheral blood will be prospectively collected.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HPB related malignancies, • Age >= 18 years of age • Diagnosed with HCC, CCA or GBC • Written informed consent, HPB related diseases, • Age >= 18 years of age • Diagnosed with viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, PSC, NAFLD or gallstones • Written informed consent, Healthy controls, • Age >= 18 years of age • No signs of relevant disease • Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For all groups, • Females who are pregnant or breast-feeding. • History or other evidence of severe illness, other malignancy or any other condition which would make the patient, in the opinion of the investigators, unsuitable for the study.
