Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary objective of this study is to define the diagnostic yield of whole genome sequencing (WGS) in children with a severe DLD and a negative family history. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| In addition to the primary study parameter, we aim to identify the genes in which variants are found to (possibly) cause DLD, the corresponding molecular pathways, the type of genetic variation involved. We also aim to identify possible patient subgroups within the cohort with a significantly different diagnostic yield. | — |
