Eligibility
Age
12 Years to 17 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 12-18 years, the client must be admitted for at least three more months, IQ>70, the client is allowed to have a Phone or Ipad
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: high risk that the client will damage or sell the smartwatch, the client only shows instrumental aggression and no frustational aggression because the goal of the study is about increasing stress and incidents
