Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria: 1.Diagnosis of PAH, according to ESC/ERS guidelines (ref: Galie ERJ 2015) or Unaffected BMPR2 mutation carrier or Normal control subjects 2. Age >50 and

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant subjects - Claustrophobia - Inability to provide informed consent - In case of PAH patients: TLC
