Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - age: 20-70 years - both males and females - fecal continent - able to understand and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Use of pain medication and/or medication known to influence the gastro-intestinal tract - Neurological illnesses, affecting the central nervous system and/or brain - Psychiatric illnesses: i.e. claustrophobia, schizofrenia - Inflammatory bowel disease: Crohn*s disease, colitis ulcerosa - History of constipation, fecal incontinence or colorectal cancer - Anal fissures/fistula - The use of anti-depressives, anti-epileptics, sleep medication, morphine *like medication - Narcotic/alcohol abuse - Kidney failure - Pregnancy - Any medical implant (except those that are MR safe or MR conditional) - Retained wires to the body (e.g. temporary pacing); - Susceptible to cardiac collapse - Increased risk of heart attack or other cardiac problems - Cardiac arrhythmias; - Impaired thermoregulation; - Morbidly obese; - Nauseated (aspiration risk)
