Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy (self-reported) • Right-handed • Between 18 and 60 years old. • BMI between 18.5 and 25 kg/m2 or above 27.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heavy moking (>10 cigarettes per day) 2. Having a history of medical or surgical events that may significantly affect the study outcome, such as metabolic or endocrine disease, or any gastro-intestinal disorder 3. Use of medication, except aspirin/paracetamol and oral contraceptives 4. MRI exclusion criteria a) Claustrophobia b) Having metal implants (i.e. pacemaker, metal joints, prostheses, etc.) or metal objects on the body which cannot be removed (i.e. piercing, hearing aid, brace, etc. c) Being pregnant.

1. Neural activation (percentage signal change) in response to acquisition and extinction of cue-reward associations. 2. Neural activation (percentage signal change) in response to (un)healthy food choice.
