Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: for the Patient group: Clinical Diagnosis of OSAS based on a polysomnography with a minimal AHI of 15 No former treatment for OSAS Native Dutch speaker Age 18-70;For the healthy control group: Native Dutch speaker Age 18-70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For the patient group: Alcohol or substance abuse Psychiatric Disorder Use of medication influencing cognition Sleeping disorder other than OSAS IQ10 Reports of apneas or snoring by bed partner Indications for a sleeping disorder based on scores on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index
