Patients are randomized to either receive group AET or group CBT for their anxiety disorder.

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An anxiety disorder according to DSM-IV (excluded obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having (a history of) psychosis; addiction; suicidal thoughts or attempts; acute mourning or crisis ; mental retardation
