Inclusion criteria: Female; age 18-30 y; body weight

Exclusion criteria: Severe anaemia (Hb 5 mg/L); continuous use of medication (except contraception); any metabolic, gastro-intestinal, kidney or chronic disorder; pregnancy; supplement use
