Primary endpunt is an increase >4 points of the physical or mental component score of the SF-36 health status 12 months after cardiac surgery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secundary endpoints are incidence of postoperative complications, length of ICU and hospital stay, HRQL at 3 months, mortality at 30 days and 12 months.
