Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years and older contact investigation at the Municipal Health Service written informent consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV-positive and immune modulatory medication and -therapy.

MeasureTime frame
Main study parameters/endpoints To measure in vitro mycobacterial growth inhibition at time point zero, six weeks and six months. To characterize monocyte and lymphocyte subsets by using Flow cytometry. Parameters of trained innate immunity will be correlated with eventual induction of adaptive immunity and infectious stages.
