Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patient older than 18 years undergoing elective unilateral VATS for wedge resection, lobectomy, biopsy, resection of a nodule, or bullectomy. Patients must be able and willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in another trial focusing on postoperative recovery - Allergy to local anesthetics or morphine - Refusal of one of the methods of analgesia - Insufficient comprehension of the Dutch QoR-40 questionaire. - Chronic pain, or opioid use longer than 3 months
