2 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children, adolescents, and adults between age 9 and 19 with no history of neurological disorder/disease and no counter-indications to MRI will be included in this study. All participants should be right-handed and native Dutch speakers with normal vision or contact lenses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Potential participants will be prescreened for contraindications for fMRI, which include metal implants, heart arrhythmia, claustrophobia, and possible pregnancy (in females). They will additionally be prescreened for head trauma, history of neurological or psychiatric illness and/or use of psychotropic medications.

The MRI-scans: 1. Functional MRI, to gain information on task-related brain activity during cognitive and affective processing. 2. Structural MRI, to gain information on gray and white matter properties (volume, density and cortical thickness) 3. DTI, to gain specific information on white matter microstructure and fibertracking 4. Resting state scan, to gain information on regional interactions that occur in a resting state (when an explicit task is not being performed)	—
