Inclusion criteria: Sufficiënt skill of the Dutch language Age at least 18 years old Being member of the (family) system of a suïcidal patiënt

| The primary study parameter is the degree of caregiver strain / caregiver burden. The hypothesis is that by improving the knowledge, competencies and communication skills of close relatives, the handling of a suicidal patient will improve, so that scores on the aforementioned parameters will improve.
