Inclusion criteria: Women > 18 years Heterosexual contacts Indication for genital chlamydia test Willing to undergo rectal chlamydia testing Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not possible to take sexual history, for example due to language problem, psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairment
