Exclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers: - Any ocular morbidity except correction of refractive error (CoRE). Glaucoma patients: - Any ocular morbidity except CoRE or glaucoma. Patients with other ocular condition: - Glaucoma. - Obstruction of optical pathway (e.g. severe cataract).
