18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years or above 2. Diagnosis of *idiopathic PD* according to UK Parkinson*s Disease Society Brain Bank clinical diagnostic criteria 3. Patients who are suffering from late-stage Parkinsonism classified according to Hoehn and Yahr stage (HY) IV or V in the *On*-state; OR who have developed significant disability (Schwab and England stage 50% or less) in the *On*-state 4. Cognitively able to complete questionnaires and to participate in interviews. 5. The patient*s attending doctor answers *No* to the surprise question: *Would you be surprised if the patient died within 1 year?*
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not met the inclusion criteria. There are no further exclusion criteria.
