Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with moderate to severe psoriasis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers undergoing UV/light therapy or taking systemic drugs such as cyclosporin A or methotrexate Volunteers using local topical corticosteroids Volunteers developing psoriasis at wound sites (Köbner phenomenon)
