Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - (Partner) Received an ICD for primary or secondary prevention * 2 months ago; - Willing and able to attend four 2-hour weekly group sessions and do homework assignments in between the sessions; - Ability to understand and speak Dutch, and ability to understand and complete self-report questionnaires with minimal assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Severe psychopathology (e.g., addiction, severe depression or anxiety disorder) to be judged by a BIG-registered psychologist during or shortly after the intake session.
