Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The main study endpoints are the levels of cytokines measured on the skin surface using *FibroTx TAP*. Levels of cytokines are compared between lesional, perilesonal and non-involved skin, as well as between children and adolescents with mild and severe psoriasis and followed over time.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Levels of cytokines correlated to the clinical outcome (PASI) in time. The VAS score, in order to evaluate the possible discomfort and perception of the children by the removal of the small plasters.
