Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. bipolar disorder (based on clinical interview) 2. relatively euthymic (CES-D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. incapacity to communicate in Dutch due to language barrier, mental retardation (IQ36) 4. electroconvulsive therapy in last 6 months 5. inability to walk 30 minutes

Primary study parameters: qualitative analysis is used to measure feasibility and appreciation of the intervention.

Secondary study parameters: reduction of total score on depressive rating scales, improvement of cognitive functioning, improvement of social functioning and physical condition.
