Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Evaluable and disease-free head and neck cancer survivors who participated in the randomized controlled trial regarding a preventive rehabilitation program during chemoradiotherapy, performed ten years ago.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (suspected) recurrent head and neck cancer
