Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - elected surgery - right (extended) hemicolectomie -transverse colectomy - sigmoid colectomy - (low) anterior rectal resection - Hartmann reversal surgery -Laparoscopic procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Elected for subtotal colectomy * Elected for abdominoperineal resection * Elected for temporary colostomy procedures * Septic patients (anastomotic leakage) * Emergency surgeries

1. The mean speckle contrast, intraoperative, of the colon or rectum in patients, with 532nm and 660nm light, who have developed anastomotic leakage 2. The mean microcirculatory flow, intraoperative, of the colon or rectum in patients, with 532nm and 660nm light, who have developed anastomotic leakage 3.
