Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mentally disabled Presence of mitochondrial disease Diabetic Other deceases that may influence the mitoPO2 such as: Anemia Hemoglobinopathy mild COPD Porphyria Positive Modified Allen Test: ulnar arterial flow in the hand is insufficient
