Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: healthy volunteers, i.e. >18 years old and no current medication use except for over the counter drugs Group 2: patients who are at least 3 months after transplantation Group 3: patients with type 1 diabetes, matched for duration of diabetes with the patients in group 2
