Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - eGFR 6months) - 18 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Poor knowledge of the Dutch language - No written informed consent - Pregnancy; - Dialysis-dependency Only for a selection of the patients: - history of gout or history or attacks of arthritis - Use of urate lowering drugs (iallopurinol, desuric and adenuric)
