18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Scheduled to undergo planned lumbar puncture. Age 18 +, ability to give consent, BMI 19-30, normal liver and renal function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acutely ill - DM2 (defined as HbA1C > 48 mmol/mol) - Use of medication that influences BA metabolism (ursochol, colesevelam, colestimide, statins) - History of allergy or intolerance to one of the components of the standard meal - Alcohol use >2 units per day
