High intensity polychromatic white light (2000 lx, 1000 lx, 500 lx, 250 lx, 125
lx)
One participant will be exposed to one intensity polychromatic white light
throughtout the experiment

Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and Women Between 20 to 30 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Use of photosensitizing medication Use of sleep medication Drinking moderate to high level of caffeine during the day (5 or more cups) Smoking Diabetic disease Diagnosed with colour-blindness Performing shift work scheduled in 3 months prior to participation Travelling over 2 or more time zones 1 month prior to participation A score of >18 on Epworth Sleepiness Scale
