Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy - aged 18-45 years - BMI between 18.5 and 25 kg/m2 - able to perform cycling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - subjects suffering from pulmonary or cardiovascular disease as indicated by their medical screening questionnaire - subjects suffering from a musculo-skeletal problem preventing them to perform a bicycle maximal exertion test - subjects currently participating in an exercise training program that will likely result in an increase in VO2max over the course of their participation in the study - subjects currently participating in an energy restricted diet resulting in weight loss over the course of their participation in the study - current smokers or subjects that quit smoking in the past 6 months - systolic blood pressure >=140 and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg - family history: myocardial infarction or coronary revascularisation or sudden death before the age of 55y in father or other first-degree relative or before the age of 65y in mother or other female first-degree relative
