During the research design the COPD patients will be daily stepping three times a day for 10 minutes under supervision of the PA in training or a nurse , According to the American College of Sports

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD AECOPD Smokers historie Older 40 years Last 10 days no hospitalisation for AECOPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pneumonia organ falilure COPD - GOLD IV with hypercapnia Other pulmonary diseases Neurological diseases so that the intervention can not be performed Diseases movement disorder movement so that the intervention can not be performed Lungcancer More than 4 AECOPD last year
