Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >18 years controlgroup: no relevant chronic or systemic disease septic patients: fulfill SIRS criteria and suspicion of infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: absence of both upperlegs skindesease, reason why taken biopt is impossible augmented scar formation psoriasis
