18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Must be able to give informed consent. Dutch as native language. Normal or corrected-to-normal vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Younger then 18 years or older then 70 years. Additional serious conditions. Diabetes, because of its effect on the pupil response. More then 20 dB hearing-loss for normal hearing. More the 70 dB hearing-loss for hearing-impaired individuals for each ear averaged over octave frequencies 1-4 KHz for hearing-impaired individuals.

Measure	Time frame
This study*s main parameters are SRT scores and pupil diameter. We want to investigate how these are affected by motivation and hearing-loss. Motivation will be manipulated by means of monetary reward within subject and hearing-loss is a between subject factor.	—
