Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Orally and written informed consent - Age 18 years and older - Elective cytoreductive surgery followed by HIPEC - Peritoneal metastases only - Regular preoperative work-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are legally or mentally incapable or unable to give informed consent - Patients younger than 18 years - Presence of liver metastases on CT-scan - Presence of pulmonary metastases on CT-scan - Anxiety for vena puncture

MeasureTime frame
Plasma levels of ctDNA preoperatively and postoperatively -qualitative: is mutated ctDNA detectable yes or no? -quantitative: the ratio between the number of mutated ctDNA reads to the total number of ctDNA reads
