Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Singleton children whose mothers were recruited in Amsterdam during their pregnancy. These children must have been a participant in the initial study population of the ABCD-study.;Biological parents of these children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children born to mother*s who did not participate in the ABCD-study during phase 1. Additionally, of the children born to mother*s who did participate in the ABCD-study, all multiples and those whose parents do not give informed consent for the health check will be excluded. Additionally those children who do not give consent will be excluded.;Parents of the children, who are not the biological parents.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary study parameters are the development of growth trajectories, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, psychosocial health and cognition.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Important themes related to these outcomes are nutrition, environmental factors, physical fitness and activity, sedentary behaviour, sleep behaviour and genetic predisposition.
