Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be recruited among students from the Leiden University Medical Center. All students must be between 18 and 30 years old, without any use of medication and otherwise healthy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Students will be excluded when they suffer from any kind of clinically identified coagulation disorder, anxiety disorder, use of hormonal anticonception (excluding intra-uterine devices), in case of pregnancy or puerperium, when they have a history of venous thrombosis, had major surgery or cast-immobilisation of the lower extremity in the past two months or when they have a neoplasm or inflammatory disease.

| Individual markers of coagulation activity will be determined from the blood samples. Pulse rates will be measured analogously and an anxiety/fear score will be collected from each student for both movies. In addition, we will score (after the second movie) if students enjoy to watch fearful or dull movies, and if they have seen the presented movies before. | — |
