Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: older than 18 years intra-oral opertion by throat surgeon nasal intubation operation longer than 30 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: using anti-emetic drugs no informed consent patient with diaphragma hiatus hernia
