Inclusion criteria: • Proven SCC of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx • Stage T1-4 N0-3 M0 • Scheduled for radiotherapy, with or without concurrent chemotherapy • FDG PET/CT in treatment position planned or performed
