Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elevated levels of LDL in the blood (LDL >4.9 mmol/l) Age > 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current lipid lowering treatment - Previous cardiovascular events - Known malignant disorders or any clinically significant medical condition that could interfere with the conduct of the study in the opinion of the investigator. - Inability or unwillingness to comply with the protocol requirements, or deemed by investigator to be unfit for the study. - Clinical signs of acute infection
