Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants include symptomatic and asymptomatic genital and/or anorectal CT positive women and males who are their sex partners at inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who: recently (last month) use antibiotics were positive for HIV and / of Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) are pregnant

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The outcome is detection of anorectal and genital CT at any of the time -points. Primary outcome is detection by NAAT.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes include detection of viable CT, CT-DNA concentration, proportion of observed reticulate/elementary bodies, and CT genotype concordance.
