Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - 65 years and older - Before discharge from hospital (in-patient for at least 4 days) for non-surgical reasons (e.g. heart failure, COPD, pneumonia etc) - Be able to walk (if necessary with walking aid).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Unable to understand the study procedures - Pacemaker or other implanted device
