Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Central or combined central/obstructive sleepapnea with central apnea/hypo-apnea index above 5 times/hour atrialfibrillation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: heartfailure other heartrythmdisorders purely obstructive sleepapnea treatment with CPAP-therapy
